Matteo Luzzana deals with labor law and commercial law, either providing consultancy or acting in litigation.
As a partner for 20 years in multi-practice law firms he has enjoyed the opportunity to deal with a large variety of cases, including extraordinary corporate transactions, cross-border deals and corporate restructurings, even involving insolvency proceedings. In the meantime, he has continued to draft and develop contractual solutions for commercial and industrial enterprises (in particular as regards commercial agency, distribution, building and supply contracts).
Acting on the side of enterprises has always meant, in addition, providing, assistance in judicial and arbitral disputes, or Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings, domestic and international.
