Giulia Leardi is a lawyer with over 15 years of experience in employment law, industrial relations, and trade union law. Specialized in gender equality issues and sustainable solutions related to social and governance aspects (ESG), she has demonstrated significant commitment to promoting regulatory compliance and the continuous improvement of labor practices.

A distinctive aspect of Giulia’s career is her expertise in gender equality certifications. In 2023 and 2024, she has stood out for her support of numerous companies in obtaining the Gender Equality Certification PdR 125:2022 (including SMEs, law firms, and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy and Switzerland in Italy). This recognition highlights her ability to implement practices that promote gender equality within organizations.

In addition, Giulia has expanded her expertise by attending specialized training courses, such as the Advanced Training Course in “Gender Anti-Discrimination Law,” which she successfully completed in 2023. Her experience in the field of certifications is further strengthened by her collaboration with certifying bodies such as ASACERT and AENOR Italia, where she serves as an expert for gender equality certifications. She recently qualified as a lead auditor for ISO 9001 from the certification body AENOR.

Alongside her legal practice, Giulia is also active as a lecturer and a member of the Evaluation Commission at the Milan Bar Association, contributing to the continuing education of fellow lawyers.
