Alessandro Minucci joined Lexellent as a trainee in June 2024, in the Privacy and Corporate Compliance department. Following his admission to the Milan Bar in 2026, he continued his career with the firm as an Associate.

His practice focuses on data privacy and protection, with emphasis on its more complex dimensions, from high-risk processing of health data to impact assessments, incident response and engagement with supervisory authorities. Alongside this, he has developed a growing specialisation in AI Governance, advising multinational clients on the adoption of AI policies under the EU AI Act framework. He also assists clients in designing Organisational, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, with particular focus on criminal risk mapping and whistleblowing channel management.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Naples “Federico II” and completed a postgraduate specialisation course in “Corporate Compliance and Crime Risk Prevention” at the University of Macerata.

Also participates in ELLINT Next, an internal working group of ELLINT, the international organization of labour law firms.
