Renato D’Andrea

Since 2014, Renato D’Andrea has been working as of counsel at Lexellent law firm and dealing with Intellectual Property matters interfering with employment law.

For over 35 years, he has been handling disputes concerning the protection of intangible corporate assets (inventions, software, designs, trademarks, trade secrets, strategic human resources, corporate reputation), assisting clients both in the incorporation phase and in the contractual management and judicial enforcement of IP rights.

He also deals with competition law, business contracts and corporate law.

In the field of employment law, Renato D’Andrea deals mainly with policies for the protection of intangible corporate assets, clauses relating to employee inventions, non-competition agreements, stability and confidentiality agreements, cases of enticement of employees or theft of secrets by competitors and/or former employees, and related labour and/or unfair competition litigation.

He is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property), LES (Licensing Executives Society), IBA (International Bar Association) and is the IP department coordinator of the “Arbitrando” Association.
