Since March 2020, Rossana Covelli has been working with Lexellent law firm after working in the field of employment law at international law firms.
Rossana principally works on drafting legal opinions and contracts in Italian and English for national and international companies, managing disciplinary proceedings and various day-to-day consultancy activities, as well as drafting court documents and research and updating activities.
She also participates in ELLINT Next, a working group within ELLINT, an international organization of law firms specializing in employment law.
