Hulla Bisonni

Hulla Bisonni joined Lexellent in 2013, was promoted to Senior Associate in 2018 and became Salary Partner in April 2021.

Hulla provides assistance and advice to corporate clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on the drafting of individual and collective employment contracts as well as corporate regulations and codes of ethics.

She has extensive experience in handling disciplinary proceedings, and in the implementation of corporate reorganization and restructuring plans.

Admitted to the Milan Bar Association, Hulla is also a member of AGI (the Italian employment lawyers’ association) and Classroom Tutor at the Milan branch of the “Luca Boneschi” AGI School of Higher Education in Employment Law.

Hulla is a member of ELLINT – Employment & Labour Lawyers International, an international organization of specialist law firms, and participates in the Working Group of ASLA (the Italian law firms’ association)
Hulla is the author of numerous publications on employment matters intended for both specialized readers and the general public and is regularly invited to speak at training events and round table discussions related to her areas of expertise.

A graduate of the University of Bologna, she attended a Master’s in employment law at the University of Pavia. Hulla was also awarded a research scholarship as well as being a tutor and lecturing in employment law at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
