In April 2011, Giulietta Bergamaschi co-founded Lexellent law firm and has been managing partner of the firm since June 2018.

She is one of the founding members of Ellint, an international network of employment law boutiques set up in 2013.

She provides strategic advice on personnel management and industrial relations.

Giulietta is head of the firm’s equal opportunities department. She is actively engaged in supporting companies and entrepreneurs in the process of modernising corporate culture by developing and adopting tools to foster the concept of inclusion and equality.

She is a member of EELA and AGI. Since November 2013, she has been a member of the Board of ASLA ( Associated Law Firm Association). She is a member of ASLAWOMEN, the working group within ASLA that supports and promotes women at every stage of their professional career in associated law firms.

She is also the President of the Board of Directors of Associazione Parks – Liberi e Uguali. She is a Board Member of “La Triennale di Milano Foundation”. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Global Inclusion Foundation, serving as Permanent Secretary. She is an elected member of the National Executive Council of AGI – Italian Employment Lawyers.

Author of publications, particularly on the topic of equal opportunities. She has participated and continues to participate as a speaker at numerous training and informational events for businesses and trade associations.
