In April 2011, Giovanni Benvenuto co-founded Lexellent law firm.

He has been working in labour law for over 40 years, assisting leading companies throughout Italy operating in various sectors, including chemical-pharmaceutical, metalworking, tertiary and cultural sectors, both in the pre-litigation and litigation phases.

He supports clients in the management of subordinate, self-employed, collaborative and agency employment relationships, in dismissal procedures and restructuring plans, as well as management-level employment relationships.

He also assists clients in the complex activities of managing trade union relations, often supporting them at the negotiating table.

He is a member of AGI (Italian Labour Lawyers).

He played rugby union in the Serie A tournament.

He founded the “Giuseppe Verdi” orchestra of Milan.

He is a former president of the “Settimane musicali di Stresa” Association.

He is currently the chairman and a member of the Board of Directors of the “I Pomeriggi Musicali Foundation”.

He is a member of the Honorary Committee of the “Fondazione Mission Bambini Onlus”.
