With the Corporate Governance & Compliance Department, Lexellent assists companies in:
-the implementation and revision of models, protocols and organisational systems;
-the assistance in the compliance of regulated sectors and listed companies and relations with the Authorities;
-the development and updating of governance systems, proxies and powers of attorney;
-privacy compliance (GDPR) and assistance to privacy managers (Controller, DPO, etc.);
-anti-corruption and whistleblowing procedures, drafting of code of ethics, environmental compliance
-Organisation, Management and Control Models (Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001) and participation in the Supervisory Bodies (ODV, Organismi di Vigilanza);
-internal or external audit programmes;
-protocols and procedures for the management of emergencies and crisis plans (e.g. COVID);
