Elena Del Forno has collaborated with CREA law firm since its foundation and has been of counsel at Lexellent since May 2019. She chiefly deals with corporate criminal law, occupational safety and hygiene and corporate environmental and administrative liability.

She also advises on employment law, occupational safety, insurance law, public law and procurement law.

She has acquired significant experience in developing and implementing organisational and management models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, also assisting companies in the subsequent monitoring of the model. She is also a member of several Supervisory Boards.

Since 2019, Elena has been chairperson of the Criminal Chamber of Piacenza.

She was an adjunct professor at the University of Pavia, Faculty of Economics, teaching Occupational Safety Law.

She collaborates with Associazione Ambiente e Lavoro and with the publishing house La Tribuna, RCS Group. She has authored numerous publications, particularly on occupational safety and the environment. She has participated and continues to participate as a speaker at numerous training sessions for large companies and trade associations.
