Head of Lexellent’s Privacy & Corporate Compliance Department.
He has more than twenty years of experience in the company, holding, among others, the positions of Director of Group Legal and Corporate Affairs, Secretary of the Board, Director of Public Affairs, and Director member of the Board (BoD), for several leading companies in the sector, both nationally and internationally.
He has held the roles of Data Protection Officer and Privacy Officer in complex and structured companies, helping them to comply with GDPR regulations.
During his time with the firm, he has gained in-depth knowledge of all legal and corporate, compliance and regulatory issues, as well as in restructuring processes and extraordinary transactions, including international and related to groups of listed and regulated companies.
His long experience in the firm has enabled him to develop the ability to respond to customer needs with a problem-solving and business-oriented approach, aimed at solving and anticipating legal issues, protecting their reputation and reducing the risk of litigation and penalties, as well as helping companies to identify efficiencies and optimise new business opportunities even in times of transformation, always in compliance with the relevant regulations.
He also held the position of Inspector Officer, at INPGI, conducting inspections and checks on the regularity of companies in the field of Labour and Social Security.
He is President of the Union of Jurists for Business (UGI)
He has been and continues to be a trainer and speaker in the relevant sectors, lecturer for the Master Giurista d’Impresa and author of publications on corporate law.
He has received various awards and prizes for his work as a corporate lawyer and General Counsel.
