Marco Sartori has always specialized in employment law, providing expert assistance, both in and out of court, to businesses. He has developed specific expertise in employment law consulting in the context of extraordinary transactions, with a particular focus on business transfers and share deals.
In this context, and with specific reference to union information and consultation procedures, Marco has contributed to the successful negotiation of company-level collective agreements, both in the industrial and commercial sectors.
Additionally, through a well-established relationship with Manageritalia Lombardia, Marco assists top managers during the termination of employment relationships (facilitating settlement processes), as well as in the drafting of special safeguard clause, such as stability agreements and golden parachutes.
Marco Sartori is a speaker at specialist employment law seminars, with ongoing collaborations with Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre and Paradigma, and has been a lecturer for ten years at Meliusform Business School courses.
He is the author of several publications on employment law, published by Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre and Guida al Lavoro (Sole 24 Ore).
He is a member of AGI, the Italian Employment Lawyers Association.
