He provides strategic advice on personnel management, trade union negotiations and assists in the preparation of management plans.
Giorgio works in close contact with clients and deals with employment law without neglecting civil law issues, assisting companies in various sectors, including transport, logistics, publishing, banking and multi-services, both in pre-litigation and litigation.
He has significant and consolidated judicial experience at a national level and offers specialist advice on individual and collective dismissals, disciplinary procedures, company reorganisation and restructuring plans, agency relationships and social security litigation.
He is a member of AGI (Italian Labour Lawyers).
