In January 2016, Maria Rovero started working at CREA Avvocati Associati, dealing with national and international civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on legal advice regarding contracts. Since 2018, she has been working on intellectual and industrial property law, new technologies and privacy law.
Since October 2020, she has been of counsel at Lexellent law firm.
She has gained significant experience in implementing data governance models pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016, providing assistance to clients, also in judicial disputes before the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Additionally, Maria assists companies by providing strategic advice on the drafting and implementing Organisational Models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
