Paolo Aldrovandi

Paolo is Of Counsel to the firm in matters pertaining to criminal law.
He graduated from Parma University, is a member of the Mantua Bar and is admitted to plead before the Supreme Court.
He is Associate Professor at Milan-Bicocca University, where he lectures in criminal law on the subjects of white collar crime and tax offences.
Both in his work as a lawyer and in his university research, Paolo deals mainly with economic crime, with a particular focus on employment-related offences and tax offences.
A frequent speaker at conferences, Paolo has also published numerous articles and two monographies, one on the subject of aiding and abetting in criminal negligence and the other on tax offences. He is also co-author of a handbook on tax crimes, now in its second edition.

Francesco Bacchini

Francesco is head of the firm’s health and safety in the workplace and environmental law Department.
He graduated from Parma University, obtained a Ph.D. in trade union law and employment law from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia gained a two-year University Specialization Diploma in employment law from Parma University.
Within Lexellent, Francesco deals prevalently with safety in the workplace, corporate welfare, social innovation, and work and volunteering.
He is Aggregate Professor in employment law at University of Milan-Bicocca School of Economics, he is a member of the Council of the School of Specialization in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine of and, in addition, is the Reference Person of the Director of the Department of Economics-Business Sciences and Law for Economics (Di.SEA.DE.) for curricular internships and further knowledge useful for the world of work.
He is Director-in-Charge of the University journal Tutela e sicurezza del lavoro [Protection and Safety at Work] and author of numerous publications on the subject of work and safety.
Francesco is a member of the Health and Safety Advisory Board of Assolombarda, Confindustria Milano Monza and Brianza and of the NNLE Center for Contemporary Labour Law, Tbilisi State University, Tbilisi, Georgia.
He is a member of AIDLASS (Italian employment law and social security association).

Giovanni Battista Benvenuto

Giovanni Battista is a founding partner in the firm.
He graduated from Milan University, is a member of Milan Bar Association and is admitted to plead before the Supreme Court.
He has over forty years’ experience in the field of employment law, assisting leading companies from a variety of fields, including the chemical/pharmaceutical, metalworking, tertiary and culture sectors, both in pre-contentious and contentious phases, all over Italy.
Giovanni Battista works closely with clients in managing employment relations, be they subordinate, independent, collaboration, or agency work, in redundancy procedures and restructuring plans, as well as in executive employment relations.
He also assists clients in the complex activities involved in managing industrial relations, often joining the negotiating table to better represent the client.
He is a member of AGI (Italian employment lawyers’ association) and member of the committee of honour of the charity organization Fondazione Mission Bambini Onlus.

Giulietta is Managing Partner in the firm as well as being a founding partner.
She graduated from Milan University, is a member of Milan Bar Association and is admitted to plead before the Supreme Court.
Giulietta acts for domestic and international companies operating in a variety of areas, including in the chemical/pharmaceutical, trading, metalworking, oil and tourism sectors, in both pre-contentious and contentious matters.
She works closely with senior management, including HR directors and in-house legal affairs directors in the preparation of business and managerial strategies, in the management of company reorganization and restructuring plans, in drafting legal opinions on strategy in facing conflict with trade unions and for the negotiation of company contracts with trade union organizations.
Giulietta has long experience in the implementation of diversity management policies and corporate work-life balance policies, organizing and participating in numerous events on these issues.
She is a member of AGI (Italian employment lawyers association) and of EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association).
With Lexellent she is an active member of ASLA (Italian association of law firms) and ASLA Women, of Sodalitas and of Parks – Liberi e Uguali.

Hulla is a Senior Associate in the firm.
She graduated from Bologna University and is a member of Milan Bar Association.

Marco Chiesara

Marco is a Partner in the firm.
He graduated from Milan University, is a member of Milan Bar Association and is admitted to plead before the Supreme Court.
He works closely with domestic and international companies, public non-profit entities and the not-for-profit sector, providing both non-contentious advisory and litigation services. His practice has a particular focus on the establishing, governing and terminating of subordinate employment relationships – including large-scale redundancies, company reorganization and restructuring– as well as on independent contractor and agency contracts. Marco also has consolidated expertise in compensation claims concerning occupational diseases, harassment and demotion.
He also assists his clients in managing relations with trade union organizations and in drafting company collective agreements.
He is a member of AGI (Italian employment lawyers’ association), since 2007 he has been President of the NGO WeWorld Onlus and boasts lengthy experience in managerial roles in bodies operating in the not-for-profit sector.

Renato is Of Counsel to the firm for Intellectual Property matters connected with employment law.
He graduated from Milan University, is a member of Milan Bar Association and is admitted to plead before the Supreme Court.
Renato is an expert in disputes concerning the protection of intangible assets (inventions, software, design, distinctive signs, trade secrets, strategic human resources, corporate reputation, etc.) and acts for clients both in the initial phase of establishing IP rights and in the managing of such rights by contract.
He also deals with unfair competition, business contract matters and company law.
In the field of employment law Renato has expertise in drafting policies for the protection of companies’ immaterial assets, clauses governing employees’ inventions, non-competition, stability and confidentiality clauses. He also deals with poaching of employees, misappropriation of trade secrets by competitors secrecy abuses, and/or former employees and the relative litigation from the employment and/or unfair competition perspectives.

Marco is a partner in the firm.
A graduate of LIUC University, Castellanza, he is a member of Milan Bar.
Marco acts for domestic and foreign corporate clients in all matters relating to employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
He is an expert in providing solutions for the management of corporate downsizing processes and company reorganization; he also deals with trade union negotiations and corporate negotiations.
Marco has built up consolidated experience in data protection, organization, management and control models (pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 on corporate liability) as well as the handling of emergencies and health and safety in the workplace.
He is involved in projects aimed at the inclusion of disabled persons in the world of work, at providing organizational support for parenting and improving work-life balance.
Marco lectures in employment law and industrial relations law at Master’s courses, conferences and seminars and collaborates on an on-going basis with Business School 24 on the Master’s programmes Law and Business, Human Resources and Employment Law.
